Overheard at Casteel....

Thanks for the great coffee the other day. I thought I was a Starbucks gal, I have been converted. You said it was good, but it's better than that. While I'm not a "serious" coffee drinker, I have not stopped getting my "Casteel's Cafe fix" since trying it for the first time this week. I heard you roast the coffee.... do a great job. I got a heart in my latte this morning. I  Casteel at Aqua!
I thought I would drop you a line to let you know that I appreciate the new cafe. Good luck on everything.

Your coffee is the best coffee I have ever had. I love coffee and have tried all types of brands, mixes, beans etc and have not found anything as incredible as your French Roast Colombian. When I first met my wife and made her a cup she was blow away! She still is to this day and several times a week calls me at work and tells me how great the coffee tastes. We take it with us wherever we go! We even take it up to our travel trailer in Wisconsin so we can wake up to a cup of your coffee, sunrise , river and completely surrounded by mother nature. Being able to have such a wonderful cup of coffee in that atmosphere makes it that much better. I know that sounds a bit "extreme" but your coffee is amazing. It really is!
Thanks again and keep up the great work. Oh yeah.... Whatever you do.... don't change the Colombian French Roast recipe. LOL
