Held at the Firehouse Grill, this celebration highlighted Special Guest of Honor Mayor Elizabeth Tisdahl. Mayor Tisdahl provided a Commendation of Troop 16 during this commemorative dinner for more than 100 guests in the Evanston scouting community.
